This Withdrawal and Returns Policy applies to physical art prints purchased by consumers through Irena Art Prints.
1. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
For physical products, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If your order contains several products delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the final product from the order.
2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
You may do this by:
using the withdrawal option available through the ThriveCart Customer Hub, accessible from the link provided in your order documentation or invoice; or
sending a clear statement by email to info@irenart.studio.
Your notice should include:
your full name;
your order number;
your email address;
the products you wish to return; and
a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but its use is not mandatory.
3. Returning the products
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision.

The return deadline is met if you send the products before the 14-day return period expires.
Please package the art prints carefully and securely so that they are protected from bending, moisture and other damage during transport.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage until the return has been completed.
4. Return shipping costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products when you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.
We will cover return costs where the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or different from the product ordered.
5. Condition of returned products
You may inspect the products only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and condition.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the products beyond what is reasonably necessary for such inspection.
Products should, where reasonably possible, be returned in their original protective packaging.
6. Refunds
If you validly withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you in relation to the returned products, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.
Any additional delivery cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
For physical products, we may withhold the refund until:
we receive the returned products; or
you provide evidence that the products have been sent back,
whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any additional fee for the refund.
7. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, Irena Art Prints offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee for physical art prints.
The 30-day guarantee period begins on the day you receive your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info@irenart.studio within 30 days of receiving the products.
Your request should include:
your full name;
your order number;
the email address used for the purchase; and
a clear statement that you wish to use the 30-day money-back guarantee.
You must return the products to us without undue delay, carefully and securely packaged. Unless the product is defective, damaged upon delivery or incorrect, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Once the return has been received or acceptable proof of return has been provided, the eligible refund will be processed promptly to the original payment method.
The products may be inspected only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and condition. We reserve the right to reduce the refund where the value of the product has been diminished through handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
This voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not limit or replace, any statutory consumer rights available to you under applicable law, including the EU right of withdrawal and rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
8. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@irenart.studio and include:
your order number;
a description of the issue; and
clear photographs of the product and packaging.
These situations are handled separately from a change-of-mind withdrawal. Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
9. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
This exception applies only where the relevant product was specifically customised or personalised for the customer. Standard art prints offered through Irena Art Prints are not treated as personalised products merely because they are printed after an order is placed.
10. Complete-order withdrawals through ThriveCart
The ThriveCart withdrawal function may currently apply to the entire purchase, including any order bumps, upsells or downsells included in the same transaction.
If you wish to withdraw from only part of an order, please contact us directly at info@irenart.studio so that we can review your request.
