About fifteen years ago, I was decorating my first home.
I had poured every bit of savings into it - loans, long nights of planning, choosing every detail carefully. When it was finally finished, the apartment looked perfect. Bright, airy, everything in its place.

But something was missing. It felt too still, too empty. There was beauty, but no warmth.

One afternoon, I passed a gallery window and saw it - a large painting that knocked me off my feet.

It was alive. The colors danced, the texture had movement, and I could almost hear it. I imagined it hanging in my living room, filling the silence with energy.

But the price was way out of reach.

For days I couldn’t get that painting out of my mind. It was almost haunting; this mix of beauty, longing, and the quiet wish to create something like that on my own.

I remember thinking: "I wonder if I could paint something like that"…

Music has always been my first language.

It’s how I’ve always felt the world; through rhythm, through sound, through emotion. And when I finally picked up a brush, it felt like switching instruments.

Painting became a way to play what I couldn’t express with words.

At first, I knew nothing. I learned as I went - about brushes, colors, texture, canvases, everything I could find. I spent nights reading, experimenting, failing and trying again.

And the more I painted, the more I fell in love with it.

I became completely absorbed, even obsessed. My apartment was soon filled with canvases stacked against every wall.

Then I started decorating other spaces: two seaside apartments, two more homes. Wherever I went, I left a little part of my soul hanging on the walls.

Looking back, I think painting found me exactly when I needed it.

It gave me peace, energy, and a voice.

That’s why I love sharing my art with others. Because art isn’t just decoration. It’s emotion. It’s warmth. It’s what turns a house into a home, and life into something richer and more beautiful.

No one would want to live in a world without art.

So maybe, in some small way, my paintings remind us all - beauty is worth creating and feeling. Every single day.
